The aim of Fundación Leer is to promote reading and literacy amongst children in Argentina, generating a long-lasting and positive impact in their personal development to facilitate their social inclusion.

PROGRAMS
Fundación Leer operates at a national level, retaining a local view. Its programs are implemented at schools, public and private, rural schools, libraries, hospitals, community centers, soup kitchens, centers for children with disabilities and youth centers.

Reading 2020. A project for children to read more and better!
Program Read 20-20 aim to increase the quantity of books read by the children in a year as well as the frequency of reading books at school and at home. The program will distribute to the school 4 backpacks with 30 new books each that will benefit 76 children from Elementary School N° 428 “Juan de Garay” in Cayastá, province of Santa Fe. This program is proposed as a reading challenge in which the school and the family forge an alliance to increase places to read, proposing the reading of 20 titles throughout the year.
