MISSION: Achieve sustainable community development in rural and urban-rural lower income areas, promoting and coordinating the joint work of the entities of the agribusiness chain and social organizations, in order to optimize network action in four areas: Health, Education, Work and Community.


PROGRAMS:

PROTEIN PLUS
-Objective: Improve vulnerable people’s nutrition through vegetables and TVP (Textured vegetable protein), sustaining the proteins daily ingest and increasing the consumption of vegetables, according to the Dietary Guidelines for Argentina.
-Description: We network with community kitchens, community centers, schools and NGOs through providing TVP and vegetables, recipes, tools, training and monitoring to healthy improve their diet. We provide an App as a support tool.
-Target population: People depending on community kitchens, community centers, schools and NGOs. 
-Location: Argentina.


PAIDEIA
-Objective: Improve rural education through work in three areas: actions from public policies, workshops and programs in health centers, and integration from art and sports.
-Description: Research, innovation processes, policy lobby, school support, prevention or reversal of absenteeism, human support, teaching resources, creation and promotion of libraries. Digital inclusion.
-Target population: Children and teenagers from impoverished families living on rural neighborhoods or suburban zones.
-Location: Argentinean rural neighborhoods or suburban zones.


PUNTO AGRO
-Objective: Solve the problem of phytosanitary containers, freeing the rural fields from them, through their recycling. Also, we aim to free poor houses' backyards from hazardous containers, used to storage water and to feed animals.
-Description: Provide a suitable logistic plan for the recycling of phytosanitary containers according to national law 27,279. Training workshops in rural trades. Recollection local campaigns. 
-Target population: Farmers, containers recyclers, rural population affected by containers contamination.
-Location: Argentinean rural neighborhoods or suburban zones.


TRIPLE STAMP
-Objective: Establish a standard for primary production guaranteeing that the whole chain of production of the certified product is free from child labor, free from discrimination and free from forced labor.
-Description: Companies sensibilization. Standard adoption. Certification process on the run. Companies adjustments. Audit, evaluation and monitoring process. Consumer awareness campaign.
-Target population: Agrobusiness companies’ employees and their families.
-Location: Argentina.


EARTHSHIP
-Objective: Sustainable buildings promotion, according to Earthship model for community centers in impoverished communities.
-Description: Planning, building design, management and sustainable construction of integration centers, schools, multipurpose rooms, health centers and community spaces.
-Target population: Argentinean vulnerable rural neighborhoods or poor suburban zones population.
-Location: Argentinean rural neighborhoods or suburban zones.


S.O.S. SOLIDAGRO
-Objective: Minimize the risks of humanitarian disaster, by activating an assistance protocol at the time when a situation is classified as a climate emergency, with consequences for the local community. 
-Description: Mobilization of medicines, food (with a very precise nutritional system), isolation and shelter, mainly.  Creation and promotion of guidelines and tools for disaster risk management.
-Target population: People in need of disaster relieve.
-Location: Argentinean rural neighborhoods or suburban zones.


S.E.S. (SOCIAL ENTERPRISE SOLIDAGRO)
-Objective: Generate social integration and employability conditions, through starting up one or more social enterprises in different areas. Currently there are 2 social enterprises ongoing (1 quite small, 1 not so small).
-Description: Provision and maintenance of adequate spaces for workshops and training programs. Basic equipment, machinery, supplies and tools. Capacitation on production and commercial skills as well as on soft skills.
-Target population: Unemployed people from Argentina rural neighborhoods or suburban zones, who have been part of previous Solidagro programs.
-Location: Argentinean rural neighborhoods or suburban zones.
