Since 1995, CILSA monthly delivers more than 250 wheelchairs and other orthopedic items throughout the country free of charge to people with disabilities, mostly boys and girls, whose families do not have the resources to purchase them. Being able to move around through an orthopedic element is the first step in talking about social inclusion and equal rights.
