FARN is a reference organization in Argentina on access rights and the Escazú Agreement. It was the public representative during the negotiation process (2014-2018). It led a national campaign for its ratification by the Argentine Parliament and a prompt entry into force and implementation of the Agreement. FARN continues to promote effective implementation of the Escazú Agreement at regional and national levels with strategic litigation, publications, events, being part of plenary meetings, its advocates' forums, and an Escazú observatory.
