The national collection of the Argentine Red Cross is approaching
Make a difference in building a more just and humanitarian world.
The funds raised will be used to enhance the individual and collective capacities of people. The Argentine Red Cross carries out actions to ensure the sustainability of livelihoods, access to safe water and comprehensive health, the ability to respond to possible emergencies, the integration of migrants, the reestablishment of contact between family members, the empowerment of youth, among others.
Since its founding in 1880, the organization has been present in emergency and crisis responses in our country: the cholera epidemic (1886), the San Juan earthquake (1944), the COVID-19 pandemic, fires in Corrientes (2022), and floods in Quilmes, La Plata, and Neuquén (2023).
The organization funds its humanitarian work through the support of individuals who, with their solidarity, decide to support humanitarian values, in addition to the contributions of companies and institutions that support various projects, allowing thousands of simultaneous actions to take place every day throughout the country to support those who need it most.
Those who want to join the Collection only need to visit www.cruzroja.org.ar/colecta or call 0810-999-2222. In addition, various activities open to the community will be carried out.
